Counting Sheep...I mean Shoes....
I'm back up to 119 pair of fabulous, irresistable shoes.... (I think!)....I am going to down-size soon...stay tuned!
Shoe-d for Thought
Stumbled across some great shoe quotes last month (and this one too!) thanks to the fabulous calendar I got for CHRISTMAS! So here goes... (and be prepared to have many thought provoking, awe-inspiring words of wisdom grace this blog in the future!)...

Remember what Billy Crystal of "You look MAH-velous fame" used to say, "It doesn't matter how you feel just as long as you look good...." Pain comes with the territory...Stuffing my swollen feet into a pair of abnormally narrow, pointy-toed shoes always brings a slew of compliments so it is well worth it! If I go to bed with throbbing feet, life is good!

PS - I did buy the shoes today... I tried them on and then put them on another rack...I told Casey if they were there when we headed out of the mall after additional shopping, they were meant to be...Well, obviously they were! Asked for the mate to the shoe...waited, and waited, and waited...then, I told Casey if the clerk couldn't find the mate, they weren't meant to be....Well, the clerk found the mate and SOLD, they were mine....Get this -- Steve Madden shoes...$89.99 marked down to $25.97...When rung up at the register...$20! As I said, life is not only short but it is good right now!
